Due to relocation of the current post-holder, our client is actively seeking an Finance Director to join a highly regarded, successful and well-respected business. Applicants must have previously worked in a senior level finance position within the retail or FMCG sectors specifically and possess a strong track record of success.
Key responsibilities
The Finance Director will be responsible for the management of all finance activities across the group, with direct responsibility for a team of 11 other finance professionals both within the US, UK and Europe. This is also in part a commercially focused opportunity in which you will be expected to provide essential financial and strategic/ commercial input in to a number of business decisions.
Applicants must possess strong decision making skills, strong planning & process management experience; strategic agility and commercial acumen. You will also be a proven team player, a passion for working in the retail sector.
Additional Key skills required
- Qualified ACA/CIMA or ACCA (or overseas experience)
- First Class communication skills
