One of the UK's largest manufacturers are currently recruiting for a HR business process specialist to join their growing, global HR Shared Services team initially on 6 month fixed term basis.

The ideal applicant will be highly numerate, possess great analytical skills and enjoy working in a fast paced, demanding Shared Services environment.

Responsibilities include:
- The evaluation of existing HR Shared Services processes and assist in the development of new processes to align with a new HR & payroll solution
- Development of process controls and measures to ensure continual improvements are identified and performance is evaluated
- The documentation of new processes, covering process maps, systems input and work instructions.
- The development of document controls and storage approach to enable continuous updates to processes
- The development of process implementation plans and communications.
- To assist with process roll-out.

Because of these key responsibilities all applicants need to possess strong customer relationship skills, excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, the ability to deliver high quality data, metrics, reporting and analysis and advanced Excel skills.

Desirable experience includes experience of SAP HR, knowledge of Access and other relational databases, CIPD (or equivalent) and fluency in another European language.
