A position has just become available in a leading Financial Services company. Partnering with the HR Director, you will be able to develop your skills and grow in a multinational environment.
The main duties of the HR Internal Communication & Learning role will be:
- Develop and manage the internal communication, helping to implement the internal ERP
- Drive, support and manage developmental and educational programs and services
- Manage the Learning area
- Professional skills training (non-technical)
- Support the Talent Manager
With a high English level (C1 – C2 is mandatory) and/or French, you will provide between 3-5 years of expertise in the Learning & Talent area.
Should be a dynamic, flexible, eager to learn and proactive person, with proficient communication skills at all levels, very organised, problem solving, reliable and with organisational management skills.
