A fast-growing European infrastructure platform backed by institutional investors is looking to appoint a Chief Financial Officer to support its next phase of expansion.
The company is developing a strategic network of logistics infrastructure across key European corridors and is currently executing an ambitious growth plan supported by a long-term investment programme.
This role offers the opportunity to become a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the CEO and shareholders to structure the financial foundations of a high-growth business.
Location: Girona area (Spain) – flexible working model.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the CEO and shareholders, the CFO will act as a strategic financial partner, supporting the scaling of the company and ensuring rigorous financial management in a context of rapid growth and investment.
The role combines strategic finance, operational control and investor reporting, requiring both analytical rigour and strong communication with demanding stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Reporting

Lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes

Prepare high-quality financial reporting for management, board and shareholders

Monitor business performance, cash flow and key financial KPIs

Provide analysis and insights to support executive decision making
Treasury, Banking & Financing

Manage treasury and liquidity planning in a growth environment

Lead relationships with banks and financial institutions

Support financing strategies linked to the company’s expansion plan
Investment & Performance Analysis

Monitor CAPEX and OPEX in a context of significant investment

Support investment decisions through financial modelling and scenario analysis

Analyse profitability across assets, projects and business units
Accounting, Tax & Financial Processes

Oversee accounting and tax coordination with internal teams and external advisors

Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data and reporting

Coordinate audit processes and strengthen financial controls and systems
Profile:
We are looking for a hands-on and strategic CFO profile, comfortable operating in high-growth environments and interacting with institutional investors.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial discipline with the ability to act as a trusted partner to the CEO and board.
Requirements:

7+ years of experience in corporate finance

At least 3 years in a senior financial leadership role

Experience in high-growth or investment-backed environments

Strong expertise in business planning, executive reporting and debt management

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Fluent English
Experience in infrastructure, logistics, real estate or asset-intensive sectors will be considered a strong advantage.
