GL ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for a General Ledger Accountant to join our Finance team in Zaragoza, within the automotive industry. The role focuses on accurate accounting processes, month-end closing, and compliance with local and IFRS standards

Key Responsibilities

1. Month-end and year-end closing activities

2. Posting journal entries (accruals, provisions, adjustments)

3. Fixed Assets management and balance sheet reconciliations

4. Intercompany reconciliations

5. Support for audits and statutory reporting

6. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and IFRS

7. Collaboration with AP, AR and Treasury teams

Requirements

1. Degree in Finance/Accounting

2. Experience in GL accounting and closing processes

3. Knowledge of Spanish GAAP & IFRS

4. ERP experience (SAP preferred)

5. Strong Excel and analytical skills

6. Fluent English
