Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager for a fast-growing SaaS start-up that is entering a key scale-up phase. The company has an established Finance department and now needs someone who can take it further, strengthening processes, enhancing reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making as the business expands.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing clarity, structure, and financial insight to a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Finance & Reporting

• Lead and refine the monthly financial reporting cycle (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and SaaS KPIs such as MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, NRR).

• Strengthen budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning models.

• Prepare board materials, investor updates, and performance analyses.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to analyze unit economics, pricing, cohort performance, and efficiency of growth initiatives.

• Provide financial insights that support strategic decisions across the company.

• Contribute to fundraising analysis and other strategic projects.

Tools & Automation

• Improve current financial systems and support the evolution of ERP/BI/FP&A tools.

• Develop dashboards that provide leaders with real-time visibility.

• Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and increase scalability.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in finance or controlling, ideally in SaaS or tech scale-ups.

• Strong command of SaaS metrics and financial modelling.

• Demonstrated ability to improve and scale existing processes.

• Analytical, structured, proactive, and an effective communicator.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
