FP&A Analyst IT and Global Cost

With offices throughout the world and based in Barcelona (hybrid model), we are looking for a FP&A Analyst.

Functions

• Provide management with analysis and insights regarding the performance of IT and Global HQ cost areas.

• Prepare budgets and latest estimates for IT and Global HQ.

• Produce and analyze monthly P&L results, collaborating with relevant teams to understand performance drivers.

• Manage monthly accruals and cost allocations across marketing, entities, brands, and in various local currencies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Support FP&A activities through sales analysis and ad-hoc financial modeling.

• Contribute to decision-making by delivering well-founded recommendations.

• Perform ad-hoc analyses as required or proactively initiated.

Qualifications & Expertise

• At least three years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

• Experience in IT business partnering is highly desirable.

• Strong ability to translate financial data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders.

• High proficiency in working with large datasets and advanced Excel skills.

• Strong technical accounting knowledge with an analytical and process-oriented mindset.

• Excellent customer-service approach and strong attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work under pressure in dynamic and changing environments.

• High level of initiative, self-motivation, and drive.

• Ability to prioritize, plan, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.

• Quick learner with the ability to apply new knowledge rapidly.

• Fluency in English and Spanish.

• Flexible working hours: Monday-Thursday 9-10h. till 18-19h. (2-3 days have to be from 10:30h until 19:30h because you will be in contact with America). Fridays latest you can leave at 17:30h.
