Strategy Manager (Based in Galicia)

Strategy Manager / Director FMCG Sector | Galicia A leading FMCG company with a strong national and international presence, currently undergoing an important transformation and growth phase, is looking to hire a Strategy Manager / Director to strengthen its corporate strategy and transformation team.

This position will have high exposure to senior leadership and will play a key role in defining, monitoring, and implementing high-impact strategic initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the definition and execution of the company’s strategic plan.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic and transformation projects.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
• Drive project management methodologies and strategic governance frameworks across the organization.
• Prepare business cases and support strategic decision-making processes.
• Collaborate closely with different business areas and senior stakeholders.
• Participate in the evaluation of new business opportunities and inorganic growth / M&A-related initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• 7–10 years of professional experience.
• Previous experience in top-tier strategic consulting with exposure to the FMCG / consumer goods sector is mandatory.
• Candidates who started their careers in strategy consulting and later moved into in-house strategy roles within FMCG companies will also be considered.
• Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Exposure to M&A or inorganic growth projects is considered a plus.
• High level of English required.
