Finance Manager

European MedTech company developing robotic surgery systems is looking for a Finance Manager to build and lead its financial operations, establish reporting and control processes, and support the company’s transition from development to global commercialization.

Main Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Reporting

   • Prepare monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs).

   • Develop budgeting and forecasting models.

   • Produce management and investor reports.

   • Support strategic analysis and decision-making.

2. Financial Operations

   • Design and document finance processes and internal controls.

   • Coordinate month-end and year-end closings.

   • Manage treasury, cash flow forecasting, and payments.

3. Business Partnering

   • Work with Operations, R&D, and Commercial teams on costs and margins.

   • Define and track key operational and financial KPIs.

   • Support funding and investor communications.

4. Systems & Tools

   • Implement the company’s first integrated finance/reporting system (ERP or BI).

   • Automate manual reporting to improve data visibility.

Profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

• 5–8 years’ experience in finance or controlling (ideally in MedTech or technology).

• Skilled in financial modeling, reporting, and cost control.

• Knowledge of audit, tax, and CAPEX/OPEX management.

• Fluent in English and Spanish; Catalan is a plus.
