M&A Analyst

Robert Walters has partnered with a dynamic and entrepreneurial Family Office investing across multiple sectors in Europe on the search of an M&A Analyst role based in Barcelona city center. With a long-term investment approach, this Family Office focus on strategic acquisitions, value creation, and sustainable growth. If you are fluent in English and have at least 5 years of experience on investment Banking, Private equities or related field this could be your chance!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the origination, analysis, and execution of M&A transactions across various industries.
• Conduct a market analysis.
• Manage Due diligence processes.
• Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and market research to support decision-making.
• Prepare the presentation for boards, investors, banks...
• Evaluate Business models.
• Elaborate company valuations, create leveraged buyout models, budgets, financial forecast...
• Monitor portfolio companies and provide insights on strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree on Finance, Accounting or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in M&A, private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and valuation techniques.
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
• International work experience would be a plus and a solid understanding of cross-border transactions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• The position is based in Barcelona.
