Customer Finance Services Specialist (CFS Specialist)

Logistic Multinational sector is looking for a Customer Finance Services Specialist Role (CFS Specialist) located in Madrid.

The Ship-To-Collect Business Partners drive customer loyalty by enabling strategically important customers to grow their business around the world and streamlining their account payable processes with the company in an innovative fashion. Ship-To-Collect Business Partners are the face to the business to deliver Finance expertise to innovative projects and initiatives to improve performance

As a Customer Financial Services Specialist you will be a member of the European Ship-To-Collect Business Partner Team, advising and supporting the European organization and our largest customers in all matters involving invoicing, cash application, invoice disputes and collections in order to project manage customer specific invoicing solutions, manage bad debt risk and grow revenue. You will support stakeholders and customers in regards of more complex setups and requirements.

The successful candidate will have the ability to understand the company's strategy and business model, translating that strategy into customer solutions and the ability to work across functions and organization hierarchies to achieve business targets. In addition, this position will lead a number of key initiatives across Europe, to optimize Customer Experience and Bad Debt while playing a leading role in our transformation strategy

Main Responsabilites:

• Account management for STC sub regional selected accounts

• Support and join commercial teams in negotiations with key customers

• Support customer specific issues and exceptions

• Connect with other business partners and/or the StC CoE

• Support contracts review and credit checks

• Maintain STC key account list

- StC support for commercial strategy

• Develop plans and actions with the business to execute commercial strategy

• Drive and grow business value in the market

• Perform analysis on business performance

• Represent STC in the customer onboarding process

- Provide business insights in order to drive StC performance in subregion/country

• Define and execute performance improvement initiatives in subregion/country

• Presenting dynamic industry, competitor and economic context

• Providing ad-hoc analysis and insights on market or customer specific topics

• Perform recurring customer portfolio reviews

• Support new customer strategies and customer investment projects

• Align on country level STC performance

- Provide StC Mgt Information & Insight

• Interpret the monthly management report, provide local details and actions

- Perform credit risk assessment (pending with GPO)

• Periodic review of credit risk for existing accounts

Profile

- Professional experience in Accounting/Finance.
