What you'll do:
As a Manager for Accounting and Consolidation, you will be at the helm of the studio's financial operations. Your exceptional attention to detail will be vital in directing financial statements, enhancing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will oversee the entire accounting cycle, from monthly financial closings to bank reconciliations. Your analytical skills will be put to good use as you consolidate and reconcile financial statements across multiple entities within the group. Moreover, your expertise will be key in implementing and enhancing financial ERPs to streamline accounting workflows and improve reporting accuracy.
* Direct and supervise global financial operations, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
* Oversee the complete accounting cycle, from monthly financial closings to bank reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
* Consolidate and reconcile financial statements across multiple entities within the group.
* Implement and enhance financial ERPs to streamline accounting workflows and improve reporting accuracy.
* Monitor and ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations.
* Maintain accurate and current accounting records.
* Prepare tax filings and liaise with external auditors as required.
* Analyse financial data to identify trends and propose actionable recommendations to senior management.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Manager for Accounting & Consolidation position brings a wealth of experience in finance and accounting. With a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field under your belt, you have spent 3-5 years honing your skills in a multi-entity or group environment. Your robust expertise in preparing, consolidating, and reconciling financial statements sets you apart from others. Proficiency in using accounting software like A3 or Holded is expected along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial modelling. Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is a must. Your exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organisational skills will be your key to success in this role.

* 3–5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within a multi-entity or group environment.
* Robust expertise in financial statement preparation, consolidation, and reconciliation.
* Proficiency in accounting software and ERPs (e.g., A3, Holded).
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial modelling and analysis.
* Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
