Many of our consultants have backgrounds in the industries for which they now recruit and as a result add significant value to both our clients and candidates.
As a Recruitment Consultant for our Finance Division you will manage the full recruitment process, building relationships with candidates in their relevant sector in order to place them with clients, and head hunting where necessary to source high calibre individuals for clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identifying business opportunities by speaking to clients and candidates
- Organising and attending meetings with prospective clients
- Developing existing relationships
- Sending CVs to clients, either for existing roles or on a speculative basis
- Developing an understanding of the market
To succeed you need to be resilient, have strong sales skills, a proactive and positive approach, a team ethic, excellent communication skills and an ability to meet targets in a fast moving and very competitive sales environment.
