We are looking for a FP&A Manager for the Finance Spain Local team of a Pharmaceutical company in Barcelona who, reporting to the Financial Spain Director, will be responsible of Spain's Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) tasks.

The primary purpose of the role is to be responsible of the financial planning and analysis of Pharma Spain business with the aim of maximizing the accuracy of the financial closing and forecasts and the correct control of expenses and administration tasks related to the local accounting statements.
The goal is to contribute to keeping the accounting, financial processes and internal controls of the company up to the highest standard.

Main responsibilities:

- Monitoring the performance of the Pharma Spain business, Financial closing, reporting monthly preparation for its follow-up. Analyze variations versus budget and forecast.
- Build the financial forecasting (Budget, Rolling forecast, 5-year Plan, Cash Flow) and coordinate with the different teams to gather and configure the information.
- Support to business teams with giving them visibility and understanding of the financial information.
- Improve management control systems, establishing procedures to ensure the proper control of the domestic business within the Pharma business unit.
- Local Audit management in collaboration with the Shared Services team.
- Resolution of business and corporate inquires about the Local Financial information.
- Collaborate with BI, IT, Shared Service and other teams to develop and build analysis tools.

Qualifications:

- Degree in economics ADE or similar.
- At least 5 years in Controlling.
- Previous experience in a Pharma Company is a plus.
- Experience in SAP and Bi tools.
- Excel Advanced skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
