Industrial Controller (FMCG)

A leading FMCG company with more than 80 years in the market is looking for an Industrial Controller to help the company achieve their transformation and growth objectives.

As an Industrial Controller, your main responsibilities will be:

- Definition, analysis and monitoring of industrial costs by reference, taking into account the calculation of of production needs
- Developing a standard cost system, defining, drawing up and monitoring annual budgets, scorecards and KPIs.
- Optimisation of management information systems (variations, cost calculation and production plant ratios, etc.).
- Monitoring and improving cost control processes in the production.
- Work together with the commercial, purchasing and operations teams, with the analysis of these industrial costs, in order to help them in the decision making process.
- Participate in the implementation of new software in the controlling area (ERP, BI tools),
- Prepare reports with conclusions on cost analysis.
- Lead and promote meetings with the areas involved in order to analyse deviations, possible corrective decisions, etc...

Requirements:

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration.
- 4 + years of experience in a manufacturing related company as an Industrial Controller or Cost Controller.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
- Working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.
- Strongly analytical, rigorous and methodical profile. Entrepreneurial, friendly, socially adaptable, proactive and positive attitude. Ability to generate enthusiasm and strong relational skills
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
