Head of Data Operations Valuations and Bloomberg

We are looking for a Head of Data Operations Valuations and Bloomberg to join a multinational Insurance compny in Barcelona. You will be leading an international team in the Investment Team. If you have experience in the finance industry and with quantitative data do not hesitate to keep reading.

Tasks
• Responsible to deliver and maintain excellent data management services for market and master data.
• Lead the globally organized data operations teams (around 25 people) and ensure the high quality financial and investment data.
• Lead the valuations team.
• Provide data advisory and horizon scanning services for master and market data.
• Maintain strong relationships to customers and 3rd party services.
• Further develop the internal data hub service for market, master and reference data provisioning.

Requirements
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the finance industry.
• In-depth knowledge of financial data industry with proven network.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent service-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English (will work fully in English)
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking.
