Finance Manager

Important marketing multinational is looking for a Finance Manager for its offices in Madrid.

Reporting to the Senior Director for Europe, some of your main tasks will be:

• Financial, compliance and business administration

• Month end close process in US-GAAP

• Budget, forecast process and follow-ups

• Cash-flow management

• Prepare VAT and Corporate Tax returns

• Prepare intercompany process for the Group’s consolidation process

• Manage the local audits

• Ensure compliance

• Give support to local accounting team

Requirements:　

• Degree in Business Management, Economics or similar.
• At least 4 to 6 years of experience in similar roles

• Previous experience in Audit or Accounting Services in Big Four is a plus

• Experience in Multinational environments

• High knowledge of Spanish-GAAP and US-GAAP

• Proficient in Spanish and English is a must　

• Experience working with ERP’s　

• Proactive, critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills　

• Well organized　

• Team player
