European Key Account Manager (Solar Industry)
We are looking for a European Key Account Manager with experience in UK and Germany. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for identifying, driving, and contractually closing new business opportunities while proactively positioning Solar Steel’s solutions with key clients—long before specific project opportunities arise.
We’re seeking a dynamic, customer‑oriented professional, passionate about challenges, growth, and building long‑lasting partnerships in the solar industry.
🌟 What You Will Do
- Develop and manage market intelligence related to customers, competitors, and emerging trends across the European solar sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple client departments to coordinate Solar Steel proposals effectively.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and define Solar Steel’s response strategy for each business opportunity.
- Forecast and implement account‑development actions to maximize business potential within your assigned portfolio.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements with existing and potential customers, driving increased revenue and long‑term collaboration.
🎓 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or Commercial Specialization is highly valued.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in the photovoltaic sector — experience in UK and Germany
- Advanced English (C1 or higher). A second European language is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Europe and internationally.
- Strong communication skills and a proven track record in negotiation and deal closing.
