Deputy Project Manager – Hydropower & Water (English & Italian)

We are looking for a Senior Co-Lead to manage 5–6 multidisciplinary teams in the hydropower and water sector, overseeing 30–35 professionals across 16 teams. English & Italian fluency required. Location support includes permits, temporary housing, and family relocation assistance.

Requirements:

• University degree in civil, hydraulic, or related engineering (ETH/FH/UNI), with additional skills in management, finance, and team leadership.

• Solid experience in designing and managing complex hydropower or hydraulic projects.

• Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to lead consistently and empower teams.

• Awareness of legal, financial, and contractual aspects of projects.

• Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.

• Availability for short business trips within Switzerland and abroad.
