The Trading Recruiter (English speaker) will provide support for the business, delivering the highest quality services in the HR field with a strong focus in Talent Acquisition, specialized in headhunting international profiles during one year length contract.

As Trading Recruiter (English speaker), your key responsibilities will be:
- Coordination and participation in meetings with the TRADING business to define needs.
- Drafting and publication of vacancies through the national and international recruitment tools and sources, as well as through those established by the client.
- Conducting direct searches for candidates, if necessary, through own recruitment sources.
- Conducting rigorous face-to-face/online interviews and reporting reflecting the candidate's career path, technical and behavioural competencies, language level, motivation for change, analysis of the person's fit with the position, current salary, expectations and notice period.
- Application of personality questionnaires and psycho-technical tests to measure the skills and abilities of the different target profiles.
- Carrying out the evaluation of one or several internal candidates.
- Coordination of specialised recruitment agencies for the coverage of certain positions.
With a native or bilingual English level and strong background in Recruitment focused on Commodities you will provide an expertise in the Talent Acquisition area - minimum 5 years in the area are required in the Commodities/Oil&Gas/Energy sector. Experience in the use of ATS SuccessFactors would be an asset.
This hybrid position is to be based in Madrid, working at the client’s office.
