Wind Project Developer – Zaragoza

Important international company in the Renewable Energy sector is looking for a Wind Project Developer in Spain, preferably based in Zaragoza. High level of English and availability to travel is required. Reporting to the Head of Business development in Spain the candidate will manage and coordinate the following areas:

• Business development for wind projects with a dedicated team both local and from Global HQ; production assessments, access and connection, landrights, permitting process and stakeholders management.

• Identification of new opportunities from greenfield to co-development and M&A for Ready to Build or terminated pipelines.

• Technical and economical evaluation for wind projects

• Due Diligence process management for any M&A or tender process.

Desired technical background such as relevant engineering with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development for renewable energies with emphasis in wind projects. High networking in the principal players and a good understanding and knowledge of current regulation in Spain.

As a Developer of wind projects in Spain, you must have availability to establish residence in the area of Zaragoza, and to travel regularly.

Required advance English level with a plus in Italian.
