International company in the Biomass sector is looking for a Customer Service Engineer for their offices in Barcelona.
About the role:
Collaborating closely with the Customer Service Manager and reporting to the Team Manager, the Customer Service Engineer will be responsible for the customer services, mainly in the South-European region and South America. He will be in direct relation with customers and represent the company on site.
The main functions of the Customer Service Engineer will be:
- Inspection & preventive maintenance
- Technical preparation of maintenance stops
- Coordination on site activities
- Repair works & problem solving
- Upgrade & fine-tuning
Skills, Qualifications and Experience required to be a successful Customer Service Engineer:
A degree with a technical orientation, preferably electro mechanical engineering.
A site experience of minimum 5 years is necessary.
Be independent but also communicative, with a strong technological interest and willingness to travel.
Spanish & English at good level is a must, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
