Solar Business&Project Development Manager

One of the multinational Europe's largest non-utility generator of renewable energies and asset management, financed by a pension fund, is looking for a Solar Business&Project Development Manager for managing the Organic Business Development Department focused on PV power plants.

MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES:

• Management of the development and implementation of new PV projects in Spain from greenfield.

• Support on the identification of suitable lands and preliminary assessment of environmental issues.

• Coordination of environmental campaigns and studies associated with the PV plants under development.

• Coordination of technical studies and definition of the required documentation to bring the projects the Ready-To-Built status.

• Supervision of the external providers, such as engineerings or developers.

• Responsible for the correct implementation of the projects, including managing external providers or consultants, overseeing the construction of assets.

• Coordination with other departments within the company, including reporting of project status to the head of department.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of experience in Solar PV projects, preferably in development companies.

• Engineering Degree.

• Driver license

• Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese valuable.

• Excellent management and communication skills

• Use of MS Office, GIS and CAD.

• Availability to travel nationally.
