Carry out and / or coordinate the management and administration processes of the personnel, in accordance with established policies, management systems and procedures, in order to guarantee the availability, training, integration and motivation of human resources; optimization of labour costs and compliance with current legislation.
You´ll take part of these responsabilities;
- Develop the company's work relations and participate in the negotiation processes with the legal representatives of the workers.
- Coordinate and supervise the processes of personnel administration and the process of calculation, accounting, payroll and social security management, fulfilling the commitments of payment to employees; quote in a timely manner ensuring compliance with the legislation of work relations and company agreements.
- Coordinate the development of the recruitment and selection processes of the Company, ensuring the quality of the incorporations, in the appropriate terms and the best candidate experience.
- Participate in the planning of the templates and monitor the evolution of labour costs, ensuring their control.
- Elaborate and coordinate the execution of the annual training and development plan, ensuring the coverage of the business needs in terms of training people.
- Coordinate the processes of evaluation and performance management, ensuring their execution in form and term
- Follow and an.alyse the work climate, proposing, if necessary, measures that encourage the motivation of people.
- Coordinate the development of procedures for the monitoring of occupational health and risk prevention, ensuring compliance with current regulations in this area.
