Sales Manager F&F
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join a family-owned business specialising in the production, sales, and distribution of essential oils and aroma chemicals. The role is focused on the flavours and fragrances industry within the Iberian market. This position offers a unique blend of technical and commercial responsibilities. The successful candidate will be involved in everything from market prospecting to growing existing accounts.
What you'll do:
As a Sales Manager for the Flavours & Fragrances Industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's business. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities through market prospecting, as well as managing and growing relationships with existing clients. You will also be responsible for developing effective sales strategies that drive business growth in both national and international markets. Working closely with other departments such as R&D, marketing, and product management, you will ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, allowing you to manage your own schedule and priorities to meet business objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market prospecting.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth in both national and international markets.
- Work closely with other departments, including R&D, marketing, and product managers to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing your own schedule and priorities to meet business objectives.
- Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager role will bring at least 4 years of experience in the flavours and fragrances industry. You should have a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, as well as managing relationships with existing clients. Your ability to develop effective sales strategies will be key to driving business growth in both national and international markets. As this role requires a high degree of autonomy, you should be comfortable managing your own schedule and priorities. Finally, your exceptional customer support skills will ensure that clients' inquiries are addressed promptly and issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
