Purchasing Manager

A world-renowned French bakery and café brand, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Purchasing / Supply chain Manager to lead its development in Spain. This pivotal role will involve developing and executing a comprehensive purchasing strategy to drive suppliers, stocks, … to manage, plan, coordinate and ensure the supply of authorized quality products to the restaurants in the market without compromising service levels and business continuity.

Key performance areas:
•To supervise the distribution function and manage the distribution centre
•To manage any non-conformances and ensure satisfactory resolution
•To collect and store all supply chain management information in a centralized data base
oSupplier sales reporting and tracking
oSupporting and update the team with pricing and volume
oManage Supply Chain with regards to issues pertaining to suppliers and distributors performance an ongoing basis
oCreating and maintaining database formulae
oSynchronizing product database with finance bill of materials
