Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative management to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Administrative assistants are responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a
variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email, ensuring that all the duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. May direct and lead the work of others. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, and a wide degree of creativity and proactivity is expected.
General Duties:
- Manage sensitive and confidential information: handle confidential and sensitive information and documents with utmost discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
- Provide administrative leadership: assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing and maintaining records, procedures and tasks.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders: interact professionally and effectively with internal team members, external clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring a positive and professional image of the organization.
- Act as an office focal point: generating effective networking within staff and external collaborators.
- Finances knowledge and expertise: assist CEO on budget and annual forecast.
- Accounting duties: bank, invoices, monetary transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven administrative experience: at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a
- related area.
- Commitment, leadership and proactiveness are mandatory.
- Focus on detail and excellence.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- · Advanced English level.
