Trough a high level underestanding of our Air-Conditioning and Heatpumps products and Spanish market (specially the Center area), supports the organization in defining strategy, necessary steps and activities to engage Big installers & Big Accounts in the center area of Spain as well as proceeding with daily operation of such customers.
The main activities are:
- Account Management of the current Big Installers & Big Accounts in the center area.
- Ensure profitabiliti and client satisfaction (sales admin, after sales, stocks, delivery)
- Manage sales forecasting and mix
- Sales budget management
- Increase the business and the loyalty in the current accounts and targets new accounts to develop that will support the business plan achievement.
- Recomend the differente activities needed to realize the BP sales, specially the PRO Partners Scheme, to those dealers and cooperates with the team to better manage the business.
- Work closely with the spec team and KA team in order to ensure that their specifications are sold successfully.
- Propose, realize and control all necessary marketing activities.
- Feedback the market information
- Achieve other KPI´s in the area defined by the company.
With engineering degree and experience of 3 to 5 years in selling or specifying AC products specially VRF.
