Leading Electronic Systems Security Company is searching for its Business Development Manager in order to acquire New Business within the Retail & Industry sectors in Spain and Portugal.
About the Iberia Business Development Manager for Retail & Industry position:
The Iberia Business Development Manager will support the company’s business growth both on the Portuguese and Spanish Market and will be responsible for the sales and promotion of consulting and services portfolio.
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the Iberia Business Development Manager main functions will be to:
- Design and implement a structured business development plan
- Lead the commercial development of the company in Spain and Portugal within the Industry & Retail sectors acquiring new customers and developing the existing ones
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers assuring quality standards beyond customer requirements
- Follow new market trends in order to translate them into new product development
For this position based in Madrid, we require a profile with an Engineering Degree and at least years of professional experience in managing client accounts and delivering them the highest service level in Electronic Systems and Security businesses.
This person will have a proven track record of success in achieving results and experience in commercial negotiations, and a perfect knowledge of key clients and players (manufacturers and resellers of security hardware, software and tech solutions).
Bilingual in English and in Spanish is mandatory.
