MISSION

Promote and develop the improvement of vision control of production teams in order to achieve a competitive advantage of the company that leads to comply with: i) the annual operating plans and, ii) in the long term the strategic technological development of the firm.

Develop new processes and vision programs that guarantee the quality of our products and help in the industrialization of new equipment especially the electrical/electronic part and programming with the objective of delivering stable processes to production to meet the operational and strategic results of the company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of vision inspection systems, and process automation in coordination with Process Engineering and Lead Center.

TASKS

Industrialization, reception and start-up of new equipment.

Training of technicians and operators.

Ensure the required documentation and compliance with the equipment standard (FSS5).

Programming the applications of vision inspection systems / new programming of automatic inspection systems (FVision60, Omron, Keyence, Cognex, etc.) including validation and delivery to production.

Responsible for technical development of the mechatronics team: define the work operations and the procedures to be followed in order to maximize the efficiency of the automatic inspect machines.

Maintenance, analysis and improvement of the efficiency of existing inspection and automation equipment.

Mantenimiento, análisis y mejora de la eficiencia de los equipos de visión y automatización existentes.

Preparation of the investment plan: their study and development (Capex included)

Supervision of external technical equiment

Ensure fulfilment of safety regulations during the work or service of external personnel on their own responsibility.

Continuous monitoring of different action plans derived from audits or certifications.

Prepare and attend periodic meetings for the analysis of internal indicators, supervising corrective actions.

MINIMUM REQUIRED TRAINING OR EQUIVALENT LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE

Industrial Technical Engineering (electronics / electricity) or University Degree

Computer programming languages (e.g. Visual Basic, C+, Phyton)

Broad knowledge in PLC programming (Ladder and Structured Text)

Expert in image analysis systems, computer vision, AI and deep learning.

Experience in development of MSCADA, OPC-UA, Kepware software.

1 year of experience in the automotive sector.

English B2 - C1.
