Required:

• Establish Technical Service’s operative strategy to meet customers, markets, and company’s requirements.

• Develop services and solutions to be offered to our customers and partners in order to increase retention and service satisfaction.

• Work closely with senior management in developing servicing strategies that help to achieve company objectives, including sustain growth of the business.

• Manage the balance between requirements and budgetary control. Ensure the preparation, follow up and achievement for the budgets for the areas under their responsibility
• Promote company’s values, mission, and vision.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for all activities concerning TECHNNICAL SERVICE and servicing.

• Develop the proper network to attend all the service demands to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize time response.

• Develop and coordinate internal Technical Service department, improve processes and tools to improve efficiency.

• Establish the main indicators and objectives of the department, follow up on these, and set the guidelines to achieve them, as well as promote actions in case of deviation.

• Evaluate key metrics to gauge the quality of technical service, develops client-retention programs and resolves customer issues.

• Promote a good working atmosphere among the assigned staff, manage knowledge and assign the tasks in order to obtain the maximum performance of the team.

• Prepare management reports on their areas of responsibility within the company.

• Work closely with suppliers and customers internal and external in order to ensure service, quality standards and company regulations compliance.

• On regards Technical Service, ensure effective management of internal and external customer quality issues, including the identification and implementation of permanent corrective measures and preventive measures in order to eliminate the cause of non-compliance or adherence to standards and to underpin the risk of recurrence of such non-conformities.

Education Profile:

Required:

• Educated to scientific/engineering degree level

Desired:

• Higher qualifications MBA / PhD not essential but can be advantageous

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Technical Service Responsible within an industrial organization.
