Customer Care Manager- Coating Industry (hybrid)

This job offers you the chance to take part in building, supervise, handle and motivate the Customer Care team members as well as provide advice and support to our customers regarding specifications, quotations and products. Responsibilities will take point of departure in leading and aligning the customer care effort across the Americans region and Spain.

Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:

• Responsible for approx. 15-25 staff members across a number of countries.

• Develop and select a Customer Care team to ensure the right talent is in place to drive the Customer experience

• Run People & Culture programs (Let's Talk! Etc.) and manage talent (hiring, training and development)

• Budget control

• Exercise leadership and coaching of Team Leaders and building a team is in the absolute top of the leagues, in terms of systems, processes and collaboration with both in- and external stakeholders.

• Developing customer engagement activities

Running the day-to-day relationships.

What does it take to become our new team member?

• Proven experience in a customer service, position plus extensive leadership experience for international teams

• Having strong leadership and coaching skills and focusing on collaboration and partnership.

• Experience in coating industry is desirable.

• Advanced knowledge in paint technology and application would be valuable

• Excellent English, written and spoken.

• Being resilient, driven and having the analytical attitude.

• Excellent negotiation, interview, and social skills.
