System Engineer focused on reliability and safety analysis (DFMEA, MSR-FMEA, the FMEDA and FTA) * This position will be focused on having right templates and driving DFMEA at product level including the electronics (HW & SW), MSR-FMEA, the FMEDA and FTA.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzes the system requirements of high-voltage heaters based on customer specifications; drives the product definition, system specifications, compliance matrix and compiles technical documents.
- Participates in the implementation of engineering quality processes, in particular with regards to A-SPICE and ASIL (ISO 26262).
- Administration of DFMEA-structures and templates for the HVCH
- Prepares the template and strategy for MSR-FMEA, the FMEDA and FTA.
- Work with tools to support this process (existing such as Plato,…) and monitor new tools that might be needed to continue improve the process
- Helps the system engineers to drive DFMEA, MSR-FMEA, the FMEDA and FTA.
- Improvement of global reliability and safety analysis
Experience
- Electrical / Electronic Engineering degree
- ISO 26262 and ASPICE standard experience.
- Extensive experience in reliability and safety analysis (DFMEA, MSR-FMEA, the FMEDA and FTA)
- Experience with tools for reliability and safety analysis (Plato, Medini Analyse, Isograph,…)
- Automotive experience
- Knowledge in automotive customer requirements
- Knowledge in VDA4 (additionally, knowledge in AIAG preferred)
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
