Real Estate Development Manager

A new position as Business Development Manager has just become available for an important independent real estate partnership, with offices in different European countries, that specially specializes in customized investment products and ambitious advisory and financing mandates for family offices and high net worth individuals as well as institutional investors, fund managers and financial institutions. The company is located in Valencia (Spain).

The Business Development Manager will be working in the Sales & Strategic area of the company and reporting to the Management Team. The main responsibility will be identifying new business opportunities and developing projects within the European marker focusing specially on Spain and Italy.

We require a Master/Bachelor in Engineering or related disciplines, a MBA is a plus.　 We are looking for a professional with minimum 5 years’ experience as BDM in the real estate sector, who is used to work in international environments, with knowledge of the European Market and with experience of developing new projects.

English and Spanish knowledge is mandatory. Any other language is a plus.
