Our client, a leading ISV for the banking sector, is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and develop the portfolio of clients in Spain.
Essential Role Requirements
- Experience of 5 years or more in sales roles in the IT sector, specially in clients of the finance sector or big corporations.
- Technical background in IT infraestructure, deployment and integration of software.
- Use to work in different levels and departments of the organization and high negotiation skills.
- Native Spanish and Fluent in English.
- Follow-up and % of achievement of business plan milestones.
- Commercial Reporting according tools and procedures standards.
- Ability to identify real customer needs, more beyond the requirements.
- Opportunity generation in customer base and new clients.
- Develop and manage new deals.
- Preparation, negotiation and closing of the economic proposals.
- Monitoring of the project and the implementation as well as of the satisfaction and degree of use of product by the customer.
- Customer loyalty.
