What You’ll Do:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations.
• Build automated reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
• Use statistical methods to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear business insights.
• Support data-driven decision-making across departments.
• Work closely with German-speaking stakeholders to understand regional needs and deliver localised insights.

Who You Are:

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
• A problem-solver with a passion for analytics and a logical approach to challenges.
• Proficient in Python and SQL, and enthusiastic about automating and scaling data solutions.
• Business-oriented with a strong interest in turning data insights into actionable strategies.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, inclusive, and vibrant environment.
• Able to communicate complex concepts in a clear and accessible way to different audiences.
• Experience in online advertising, marketing, or consulting is a plus.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Must be eligible to work in Spain full-time.
