Product Analyst - Full remote within Barcelona, Spain

Key Responsibilities: • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyse, and interpret product data; develop dashboards to track KPIs. • Product Performance Evaluation: Analyse product performance, identify improvement areas, and assess the impact of new features. • User Behaviour & Feedback Analysis: Study user feedback, conduct segmentation, and identify opportunities for product enhancements. • Market & Competitive Research: Research market trends and competitors to inform product strategy. • Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable product recommendations. • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize product features and user experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• +5 years of experience in product analysis, data analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.
• Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with product management frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, able to present complex data clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) is a plus.
