What you'll do:

As Service Manager – Network Operations, you will:

• Act as the primary interface between internal IT teams and external network infrastructure service providers, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
• Translate technical requirements from various business units into actionable IT architecture concepts, coordinating their operational implementation with external partners for LAN/WLAN (Cisco), DNS/DHCP, Firewall (Fortigate)/DMZ, SD-WAN (Aruba), and Internet services.
• Orchestrate all required network services with providers, maintaining high standards of reliability, performance, and security across the organisation’s infrastructure.
• Define and enforce comprehensive standards for network design, routing, segmentation, monitoring, and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance globally.
• Implement, operate, and continuously improve test and development networks while guaranteeing the functionality and security of firewalls.
• Provide secure connectivity solutions between company locations and hosted applications by managing robust network access controls.
• Manage and monitor external IT service providers according to agreed SLAs, KPIs, and monthly reports; maintain strong relationships through regular service review meetings.
• Support budget planning processes and cost control measures for assigned IT services within the network domain.
• Collaborate closely with local and international IT teams as well as business units to drive harmonisation and standardisation efforts worldwide.
