The Role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will act as the first point of contact with potential enterprise clients, focusing on lead generation, qualification, and relationship building across the USA, UK, and European markets. This role is central to driving pipeline growth by creating opportunities for Account Executives, with a strong emphasis on native-level English communication skills and experience in international B2B SaaS sales.
Key Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new leads through outbound efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) and research.

Qualify inbound leads, ensuring alignment with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives, clearly articulating the company’s value proposition.

Personalize outreach at scale, addressing industry-specific pain points.

Maintain accurate CRM data (HubSpot or equivalent) for activity tracking and pipeline visibility.

Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and nurturing strategies.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a B2B SaaS SDR or in a similar sales role.

Native-level proficiency in English (Spanish at a professional level is a plus).

Proven track record in the USA, UK, or European markets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.

Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools.

Results-driven mindset with a proactive attitude.
