Software Project Manger

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage end-to-end transformation projects.

• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.

• Coordinate resources and supervise project execution.

• Track progress, manage risks, and implement contingency plans.

• Ensure quality standards, budgets, and deadlines are met.

• Promote best practices and project management methodologies (Agile & traditional).

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing application projects.

• High-level Catalan (oral and written).

• Experience in Public Cloud transformation projects is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications / Nice to Have:

• Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).

• Experience managing multi-functional teams.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
