UX Designer (6month Contract)

This role is ideal for a UX Designer who wants to shape and elevate UX practices across multiple teams and products. The focus goes beyond visual design, emphasizing the creation of consistent, scalable UX patterns, processes, and standards across products at different stages of development. You will work with teams ranging from early-stage proofs of concept to fully scaled enterprise platforms, helping them apply consistent UX methodologies and maintain high-quality user experiences. What You’ll Do * Define and refine reusable UX patterns, interaction flows, and design principles. * Support product teams across PoC, MVP, and mature product stages. * Develop and standardize UX methodologies, processes, and best practices. * Produce clear documentation, templates, and guidelines to facilitate adoption. * Drive effective use of the Design System and contribute to its improvement. * Align UX approaches across multiple teams to ensure consistency and quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Mid or Senior UX Designer experience, preferably with enterprise-level platforms.

• Strong foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and frameworks.

• Proven experience contributing to UX maturity, methods, or ways of working.

• Ability to structure information and transform knowledge into clear documentation.

• Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems.

• Comfortable collaborating with multiple product teams and stakeholders.

• Fluent English communication skills.

• Based in Spain.
