Tech Lead

Looking for a Tech Lead to shape the architecture of a growing SaaS product, lead a talented dev team, and drive scalable, high-quality solutions. Hybrid role based in Barcelona.

🛠️ Main Responsibilities

Lead the technical and architectural decisions for the product.

Design and validate modern software architectures, design patterns, and best practices.

Oversee code quality and deployment processes.

Manage and mentor the development team in their daily work (code reviews, methodologies, technical support).

Actively participate in the product roadmap, contributing technical insights on impact, feasibility, and cost.

Ensure the scalability and evolution of the platform, proposing re-architectures and technological upgrades when necessary.

👤 Required Profile

University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience as a Tech Lead, leading teams and technical decisions in .NET (C#) environments.

Experience combining software development, mentoring, and developer management.

Previous experience with document management software, ERP, or accounting is a plus.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), knowing when and how to apply them.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Highly valued experience in:

Modern architectures (DDD, CQRS, Clean Architecture)

DevOps culture (CI/CD, Docker)

Cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
