Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a passionate Full-Stack Developer to join our AI-powered fleet management team. In this role, you’ll design, build, and optimize both frontend and backend components, delivering scalable digital solutions that impact clients across multiple industries. You’ll work with a modern tech stack in a collaborative, international, and agile environment. Your Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain robust web application components within our Digital Business Unit portfolio. * Translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality software solutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end users to resolve support issues and implement enhancements. * Continuously improve system performance, ensure code quality, and proactively fix bugs

Our Tech Stack:

You’ll work primarily with the following technologies:

• Latest Java, Spring Boot, and Angular frameworks
• Nx, RxJS, NgRx, and Jest for scalable front-end development
• Maven, Docker, GitHub, and Azure for build, deployment, and cloud integration
• Spring Data and MongoDB for data persistence, with Git for version control

Good to Know:

• Experience using Datadog, JIRA, and Confluence for monitoring and collaboration
• Knowledge of Postman and SonarQube for testing and code quality
• Awareness of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude AI, IntelliJ AI features, or GitHub Copilot
• Familiarity with Spring Security and Terraform are a plus

Your profile:

• Degree in Software Engineering or related field, with 4+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Solid experience in microservices architecture and Domain-Driven Design
• Experience applying Hexagonal Architecture V5
• Agile mindset with a passion for clean code, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent, team-aligned decisions.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities in an international team environment.
• Customer-oriented approach to building impactful solutions
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
