Service Portfolio Platforms Lead

One of the leading multinational companies in the industrial sector is seeking a Service Portfolio Platform Lead profile to provide both technical and functional leadership for the platforms that support enterprise architecture and IT portfolio management.

What will you do?

• Be the technical and functional owner of SAP LeanIX.
• Configure and optimize the platform (metamodels, data, workflows, reporting).
• Ensure data quality and compliance with governance standards.
• Manage releases, improvements, and vendor relationships.
• Lead integration between LeanIX, ServiceNow SPM, Azure DevOps, and other tools.
• Design and maintain integrations via APIs or middleware.
• Configure and evolve Demand, Portfolio, and Project Management processes in ServiceNow SPM.
• Define governance models, usage guidelines, and data structures.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to track architecture and portfolio performance.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and standards.
• Collaborate closely with Architecture, ITSM, Portfolio, and Delivery teams.

What do we need from you?

• Solid experience as an SAP LeanIX administrator or owner.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar).
• Experience with technical integrations (APIs, data synchronization, middleware).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow SPM (Demand, Portfolio, Project).
• Experience in IT governance or portfolio management.
• Nice to have: knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, or Application Portfolio Management; experience with Azure DevOps; and previous experience in a CIO Office or IT Service Management.
