AI Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and continuously improve AI-powered components of our platform.
• Work with cutting-edge LLMs, adapting and fine-tuning models for real-world production use.
• Develop and maintain robust pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with backend and DevOps teams to integrate AI into scalable, high-performance systems.
• Research, prototype, and experiment with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that’s built to scale.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing through documentation and technical content.
• Stay up to date with the rapidly evolving AI landscape and bring new ideas to the team.

⭐️ About You

• We primarily use Go and Python in the backend, with Python at the core of our AI stack. We value curious problem-solvers with strong initiative — even if you don’t meet every requirement.
• Solid experience with Python and modern ML/AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs, embeddings, or generative AI applications.
• Familiarity with NLP concepts, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Experience with data pipelines and MLOps best practices.
• A builder’s mindset: you enjoy fast-paced environments, adapt quickly, and turn ideas into working solutions.
• Strong foundations in algorithms, statistics, and applied machine learning.
