About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Network Operations Director / NOC & Service Operations Lead (IoT & Telecom) to join a pioneering company at the forefront of IoT and telecom networks. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing a state-of-the-art network, ensuring that services remain highly available, reliable, and scalable for clients and partners nationwide and internationally.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end operation of the network, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the highest levels of service availability, reliability, and performance for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance operational processes and best practices.
