International Growth & Marketing company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team in the Barcelona offices. The selected candidate will become part of an international team with long-term projection in a leading technology company.
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for:
- Being the bridge between clients and the company's technology.
- Understanding clients needs and which features and products best match with their goals and expectations.
- Making sure clients are utilizing the technology at their best in order to provide them a high level service.
- Working closely with engineers, developers and product specialists to make sure the client has full tech support.
- Developing and maintaining key account plans and identify new business opportunities.
Main requirements for the role:
Education in Marketing, Engineering or related fields. Previous digital marketing experience in a customer-oriented position. Previous experience or in-depth knowledge of Marketing Automation and Growth Management.
