ROLE: • Manage strategic discussions with our business stakeholders and act as a solution advocate. • Identify value proposition, design, and deliver scalable solutions with a key focus on enhancing our cross-departmental capabilities along with other IS applications in the entire IT domain/landscape. • Advise on best practices and build a vision for a multi-channel roadmap. • Identify new approaches and tailor-made solutions with 3rd party suppliers. • Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices and organizational standards. • Work closely with project managers and other IT teams to deliver solutions on-time and within budget. • Be responsible for producing high quality solution documentation, ensuring that all documentation remains consistent and up to date. • Perform applications configuration, perform unit testing to ensure functional requirements coverage is in line with Business needs and expectations. • Coordinate and provide support through IT servicing tools by following CMMI guidelines and ensure consistency with ITIL recommendations. • Be responsible for producing high quality solution documentation, ensuring that all documentation remains consistent and up to date. • Support your IT colleagues on various overlapping topics. • Work closely with the Business Relationship Managers to push innovation, future vision and deliver value to business. PROFILE • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in business analysis. • At least 5 years of strong implementation and experience: Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform: Power Automate and Power Apps. • At least 3 years of strong implementation and Experience with OpenText Extended ECM. • OpenText Business Analyst Certification is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Entrepreneurial spirit and leadership. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Experience in managing third party service delivery. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • ITIL certification is an asset • Professional working level in English, French is a plus.
