Data Architecting Manager

International automotive retail firm is aiming to hire a Strong Data Architecting professional to be part of the analytics team and lead the ideal Data Storage initiatives in AWS to transition to a new Analytics paradigm.

The ideal professional will be in charge of leading, from the Technical experience and knowledge, all the activities and initiatives required along the whole cycle of Analytics projects for:

• Collecting Data from legacy systems (SAP, etc) and Oracle DataWarehouses using toolsets like Busines Objects, Informatica Power Center, DataQuality and MDM
• Supervising the Data transition to a new creation Data Lake at AWS;
• Automating Data Ingestion with AWS solutions (Glue, Redshift, S3..)
• Standardizing automated business reporting with tools like Qlik

Being part of the Analytics team, the Data Architecting Lead/Manager, will be in continous contact with business stakeholders to better understand their analytics needs, choose appropriate Data sources, dimension the new storage solutions, and automate reporting tools.

Counting with IT/Engineering Bachelor, the perfect professional should count with previous relevant experience in building data warehouses / data lakes from spared rough data sources, ideally having experienced the creation of Data Lakes on AWS from scratch, comfortable with AWS solutions/Services for data processing, etc. Prefereably countinc with experience in the following tools AWS Cloud (data focus: Glue, Redshift, S3…), Oracle DWH, Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica DataQuality, Business Objects, Qlik, SAP, Informatica MDM.
