Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Strategy:

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into key decision-making processes.
2. Pharmaceutical Expertise:
   • Leverage deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry to drive data-driven solutions for drug discovery, clinical trials, and commercialization.
   • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies impacting pharmaceutical data analytics.
3. Team Management:
   • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data scientists and analysts.
   • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on continuous learning and development.
4. Data Governance and Compliance:
   • Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the integrity, security, and privacy of pharmaceutical data.
   • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to data management and analytics.
5. Advanced Analytics:
   • Drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics models for predictive modeling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence in the pharmaceutical domain.
6. Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and IT to identify and address data-related challenges and opportunities.
   • Act as a strategic partner to executives, providing insights that contribute to business growth and competitiveness.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within data science and analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical processes, including drug development, clinical trials, and commercialization.
• Demonstrated success in implementing data-driven solutions to address business challenges.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
